DENMARK - Project Co-Ordinator
Location: Denmark

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our project and sales teams, with a particular focus on key European customers.
The role
As Project Coordinator, you will support the execution of customer projects by ensuring alignment across orders, data and documentation. Working closely with project managers and sales, you will help maintain structure, accuracy and progress throughout the process.
You will play an operational role in day-to-day order handling, where attention to detail, coordination and consistency are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating and managing day-to-day orders for European customers
• Supporting project and sales teams in ongoing project execution
• Maintaining customer, order and project data (PDM)
• Working with bills of materials (BOM) and customer-specific documentation
• Ensuring accurate data flow in ERP and project management systems
• Supporting order reviews, follow-up and cross-functional coordination

Your profile
You have experience from a similar role in a technical or manufacturing environment, ideally within an international setting involving customer-specific solutions.
You are comfortable working with systems and data, and you bring a structured approach combined with attention to detail.

USA or EUR - Global Segment Manager
Location: North America or Europe
Department: Commercial
Reports To: CCO
The Global Segment Manager – Vehicle Protection is a key member of the Global Commercial Organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing the global segment strategy for Vehicle Protection, with full ownership of revenue, gross margins, product and value proposition development, and global market expansion. This role works closely with regional sales teams, project managers, technical experts, and R&D to ensure alignment between commercial strategy, customer needs, and technical development. You will also act as the voice of the customer within Integris’ global organization and play a central role in coordinating product offerings, supplier networks, and cross-regional knowledge sharing. This remotely-based role reports directly to the CCO. Up to 40% of international travel is expected.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global business and growth strategy for the Vehicle Protection segment
- Achieve global sales, revenue, and gross margin targets for the segment in line with agreed budgets
- Set sales and market development targets in close collaboration with regional sales leadership
- Drive pricing strategies within the frameworks agreed with the CCO
- Lead and coordinate global product portfolio development, including services such as modeling, simulation, and retrofit solutions
- Represent customer and market needs in global R&D prioritization and segment development projects
- Build and maintain a global supplier network for Vehicle Protection products in cooperation with Purchasing
- Collect, analyze, and share market intelligence, trends, and tender insights across regions
- Support Regional Sales teams with contracts, key negotiations, and complex customer engagements
- Ensure effective knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange across regions (US, EMEA, APAC), within legal and regulatory boundaries (e.g. ITAR)
- Represent Integris at exhibitions, conferences, and industry symposiums

What We Expect from You
Your Work Experience, Education, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Min. 8 years of commercial experience selling complex, technical value propositions
- Min. 5 years of experience within the Vehicle Protection segment in a global or multinational setting
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle protection products, materials, and relevant standards
- Experience managing and growing relationships with multinational OEMs
- Track record in operating in different cultures
- Proven ability to successfully operate and influence within a matrix organization
- Strategic mindset with a strong commercial and financial understanding
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both governmental organizations and commercial customers
- Experience working with or selling to governmental or defense organizations is an advantage
- Knowledge of materials science, ballistic design, and armor manufacturing is an advantage
- Fluent in German is a plus

OHIO USA - Financial Analyst
Location: Hebron, OH
Department: Accounting/Finance
Reports To: Director of Finance
Position Summary
The Financial Analyst acts as a critical bridge between finance and operations by translating financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive cost savings, process improvements, and business performance. This role supports inventory management, production analysis, project accounting, financial reporting, ERP optimization, and month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, interpret, analyze, and report financial data to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Provide stakeholders with accurate insights into the company’s financial health and performance
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend corrective actions when necessary
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and applicable regulations
Inventory & Cost Accounting
- Manage and reconcile inventory accounts, ensuring accurate valuation and proper accounting treatment
- Assist in implementing inventory control measures to minimize excess or obsolete inventory
- Participate in annual physical inventory counts, monthly cycle counts, and inventory impairment reviews
- Identify and resolve inventory variances and stock discrepancies
Production & Operational Finance
- Track and analyze manufacturing overhead spending
- Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure timely recognition of expenses
- Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances and assist in resolving key financial issues
- Support operational leaders with financial insights and performance analysis
Project Accounting & Cost Control

OHIO USA - HR Generalist

Position Summary
This role requires a strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices and works closely with the Director of HR to implement HR programs, maintain compliance, and drive effective HR outcomes across multiple departments, with a strong focus on supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Serve as an HR point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, benefits, attendance, leave administration, and performance-related matters including FMLA, ADA, and related compliance issues
- Partner with the Director of HR on more complex employee relations matters and investigations
- Advise managers on HR best practices and employee relations issues
- Present a positive and professional image of Integris through communication, collaboration, and employee interactions
- Maintain professional boundaries and ensure all employee interactions remain appropriate and work-focused
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Participate in full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, advertisements, application screening, interview coordination, interview question development, and candidate selection support
- Support high-volume recruiting efforts primarily focused on production and manufacturing departments
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure efficient and compliant hiring processes
Onboarding, Training & Employee Development
- Participate in the development and maintenance of onboarding and orientation programs for new hires and promoted employees

Benefits & HR Administration
- Maintain awareness of company benefit offerings, enrollment processes, and employee assistance programs to support employee questions and onboarding discussions

- Assist with administration of 401(k) programs including new hire enrollment, record maintenance, contribution uploads, and annual audits
- Assist with Deferred Compensation plan administration including record maintenance, training coordination, and open enrollment processing

Qualifications

- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration

OHIO USA - Armor Engineer

Position Summary
The Armor Engineer supports IR&D and CR&D projects within the Armor Development group. This role is responsible for designing and developing ballistic armor solutions that meet customer performance requirements while optimizing weight, cost, and manufacturability. The position supports product development, testing, certification efforts, and proposal activities, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and classified program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new armor products and material solutions
- Execute R&D and customer-funded project plans
- Coordinate ballistic sample builds, testing, and certification activities (e.g., NIJ, FAT)
- Evaluate new materials, concepts, and manufacturing improvements

Qualifications

OHIO USA - Engineering Project Manager

Position Summary
The Engineering Project Manager leads technical project execution from concept through product realization within the Armor Development group. This role manages product development, engineering changes, qualification activities, and customer communication while ensuring compliance with AS9100 and internal management system procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project execution in accordance with AS9100 requirements
- Develop and manage product development plans (ENG-036)
- Perform PDR and CDR reviews and oversee engineering documentation

FRANCE - R&D Engineer
INGENIEUR RetD H/F CDI

Nous développons des solutions spécifiques selon les besoins et cahiers des charges de nos clients (armées, forces spéciales, fabricant de véhicules, avion ou hélicoptères) ; nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur recherche et développement.
Tâches Principales:
Au sein de l’équipe R&D, vous serez chargé des missions suivantes :
- Développer des compositions de matériaux composites balistiques en accord avec les données d’entrée du service commercial
- Optimiser les solutions existantes
- Suivre la fabrication des éprouvettes et fournir les informations nécessaires aux techniciens R&D
- Superviser les essais balistiques internes et fournir les informations nécessaires aux techniciens stand de tir
- Conduire les essais balistiques dans des laboratoires extérieurs
- Évaluer et qualifier de nouveaux matériaux
- Évaluer et améliorer les propriétés secondaires des matériaux utilisés (vieillissement accéléré, adhésion colle, tenue feu, etc.)
- Interpréter les résultats de simulations numériques, éventuellement conduire des simulations.
- Participer à des symposiums
- Apporter un support technique au service Commercial
- Apporter un support technique au service Supply Chain et participer aux réunions fournisseurs
