Integris Composites has a strong focus on ESG/Corporate Social Responsibility. We seek to minimize the impact on the environment by optimizing the use of raw materials, water and energy as well as products which can be reused/recycled. We take measures to ensure optimum health and safety for our staff and continuously strive to improve our working conditions. We never discriminate based on gender, age and background. And we have structured and systematic processes for decision-making accountability. Our goals support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

We're committed to reducing our impact.

It’s in our nature to protect. That includes protecting nature. We do this by reducing waste and carbon emissions, while using greener raw materials in the products we produce.

Based on data given on Waste fractions, Volume of waste, Energy consumption, Energy reduction and the CO2 footprint, Integris will aim continuously to reduce our impact on the climate and environment.

By 2024, we will reduce our CO2 footprint by 30% (compared to 2020) at all sites through a reduction of waste and power consumption. And we will be powered by 80% sustainable energy resources.

We will seek to:

  • Aim continuously to reduce our impact on the climate and environment
  • Always seek to reduce the Company’s consumption of unsustainable resources – not least by saving energy
  • Being critical in choosing energy sources and overtime to select sustainable options
  • Ensure correct handling of materials, having adequate information and knowledge and optimizing waste fractions, hereunder limiting hazardous waste and deposit
  • Have a focused effort to improve the waste hierarchies 3R’s: Reduce – Reuse - Recycle
  • Initiate the procurement of “greener” raw materials/subcontractors and establish supply Chain/lifecycle management
